Return Policy

MJ Systems will gladly accept product returns on any unsatisfied purchase within 30 days of your product's shipping date. We guarantee an exchange or full refund with the return of the product. Customers are responsible for the costs of two-way shipping. If a return is made after 30 days of your product's shipping date, or if the returned package / product has been opened, damaged, or used, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from credit. We reserve the right to reject a return after 30 days.

Return Procedures

Please email our RMA Department or contact us at 626-964-2000 for product return process and instructions. Only products with authorized RMA numbers will be accepted.
RMA numbers will be issued and emailed or faxed to the customer within 24 hours after MJ Systems has received a complete RMA request. The RMA number is valid for 30 days after issuance.
Please include in the returned package(s):
- Clearly printed RMA number on all mailing labels and shipping boxes.

- The complete original packaging of every returned product. If there is visible damage on any returned item(s), we cannot apply warranty.

- All documents and invoices associated with a previous RMA product must always be included.

Shipping Policy

Federal Express and UPS Shipping Services are available.
All orders are shipped out the same day if:
- order was placed before 3:30PM Pacific time, and

- product is in stock at MJ Systems's warehouse.
All prices exclude freight and sales tax. All products are shipped FOB MJ Systems.
